The Intermediate program is based on the Imperial Classical (ISTD) syllabus. It is for 2+ years. This review focuses on the intermediate foundation level. The schedule was Monday: 1 hour jumps and turns class for boys only (my dancer is female and didn’t attend) intermediate Pilates (30 min) intermediate ballet technique (1.5h) Tues 1.5h ISTD Syllabus Class, 30 min intermediate foundation pointe work, on Wednesday there was 30 min foot conditioning and 1.5 hour technique class. Friday was intermediate Contemporary Tech and Choreo and a 30 min Stretch and Strength. Saturday started with a 1 hour Intermediate foundation ISTD Syllabus class. It was followed by 4 hours choreography and rehearsal *audition/role dependent. There was choreography done en pointe. The choreography rehearsed on saturdays is a combination of classical ballet, and neo classical.
