  • Ballet every day, Pointe 3-4 times a week, jazz and modern once a week, performance ensembles once a week. Variations once a week. Usually 2 classes in the evening on weekdays and 3 classes on Saturdays
  • Classes weekday evenings 2 1/2- 3 1/2 hrs. Start with ballet and then an alternate class like jazz, character, pointe, modern, performance ensemble, variations. Saturday has three classes.

  • In the next level up they offer partnering class and conditioning. Our dancer will be in that level next year
  • Strength and conditioning as well as partnering is offered in the level 7&8.

  • Had no real injuries. If there was a major injury they would call or email parent. They have PT available for trainees
  • No medical treatment was necessary. Minor injury. The teachers are very cautious and will ask students to sit out and observe if the student is injured. They check in often.

Describe Recovery Plan

  • Have not been injured but the teachers regularly communicate with students who are and will allow those to participate at their level and can also sit and observe if they can’t partially participate. They are very cautious when it come to injuries
  • The school will communicate for major injuries but our dancer didn’t have need of that.

  • They are really great when it come to over health, mental health included. They do use the term lengthen to describe straightening and stretching but it is not used in describing size.
