  • "The scholarship was based on an application and student essay. It was a partial scholarship, meaning they offered a certain dollar amount which was deducted from our payment schedule. We have no idea if many others were provided scholarships, or if others applied and were denied. Scholarships do not seem to be openly discussed between students."
