Final Comments
Best aspect:
My daughter is excited to learn of what the ballet world has to offer. She has met several
friends now through competition and Summer Intensives. She is young but we are enjoying her learning from these experiences.
Worst aspect:
Ensembles have a super short time to prepare open stage. It would be nice to have more time for each group or a different method.
Competition culture:
Quiet, respectful but intense. There are many strong studios who attend and are very good. It is inspiring to see but also for a new student can be scary.
Attendee culture:
Calm and collected from what I saw.
Suggested changes:
We wish the master classes could be provided each day of the event like at finals.
Cost vs. expectation:
Significantly More
Significantly Less
Time worth it:
Not Worth It
Worth Every Minute
