the small class size and the attention to each dancer and appreciating each dancer

Leveling was mostly by age not skill and price for performance tix at the end were ridiculous $52 for maybe 7min of stage time.
Suggested changes to program
more boys
I felt the day was slightly too long (9-6 pm) 8 hours of dancing. Would have preferred more time for lunch and one hour less per day. Not a deal breaker
I wouldn’t do the performance track again and would have them do a better job of challenging the dancers who should have been leveled up
Culture of program
the teachers were so kind and attentive and valued each dancer and acknowledged each dancer and it was amazing how much the dancers learned in just 2 weeks
supportive, inclusive, diverse, physically demanding, and very strong teaching. Artistic Director's piece was absolutely phenomenal
Some really really great teachers and some ok teachers. Good positive environment in general

My dancer was really looking forward to the pointe shoe care class and it was canceled and not rescheduled
