They have ballet class that focuses very heavily on improving the technique of the dancers. The classes varied by day, but overall the offered ballet, contemporary, pointe, pas class, variations, and rehearsals.

They don’t have any boys in Ballet Company so the teacher partnered the girls. However the class was one of my favorites.

They brought in a guest teacher for a master class in November. He taught ballet and contemporary. It was an amazing experience!

Additional Comments:

They are amazing when it comes to injuries. I wasn’t personally injured but my friend was. They helped her recover. If the injury down prevent the dancer coming to class they will have the dancer work on other things. For example if you hurt your foot they’ll have you improve your arm strength in your variation. We weren’t given the “fat talk” we were given the “you need to make sure to fuel your body properly talk”.They made it clear they do not discriminate against body types. They want to make sure that we are all sustaining our bodies to prevent injuries.

There is only one required even but for all the others it’s up to the parents and students which competitions they go to. There is a limit on how many you can do.

There are no extra fees. If you want private lessons outside of rehearsal time that’s an extra charge but it is a very reasonable price.
